EmpowerHer

On March 8, 2025, we had the incredible opportunity to host our very first event in Puerto Rico—EmpowerHer—a beautiful collaboration with AB Fitness in honor of International Women’s Day, held at Aire de O:live. It was a joyful and uplifting gathering where women came together to connect, build community, and form new friendships.

The event began with a beach workout led by Arianna Benítez, setting the tone for a day rooted in empowerment and connection. Following the workout, participants painted candles during a meaningful time of creativity and reflection. It was truly a God-ordained moment and marked the beginning of something new for The Real Pause.
